We are not affiliated in any way with a multi-level marketing (MLM) company. Your focus will be entirely on selling travel and not "recruiting" other people. We strongly believe that MLMs have no place in the travel industry, that Travel Advisors must be properly trained, and must be ethical and work with integrity at all times.

EARN THE HIGHEST COMMISSIONS IN THE INDUSTRY?

As a very high-volume agency, we are able to offer the highest commission tiers in the industry! And, since we are not focused on business models other than selling travel, commissions are paid promptly (often months before clients even travel) and twice a month via direct deposit. You shouldn't have to waste your valuable time chasing commissions from a non-responsive agency!

Resorts, cruises and hotels will reward you for every booking you make. You can earn additional commission, free nights, and much more! We are also offered "familiarization" trips so that we can better get to know a specific destination we'd like to sell!

Being a Travel Advisor is an amazing way to work from home, make your own hours, and earn a fantastic income all while earning opportunities to travel the world yourself!

Our Travel Advisors are fully trained and equipped to take their clients through the entire selection, booking and traveling process all while earning commission on every booking. They will be your clients to take great care of and serve over and over again for years to come!

We use specialized systems to help find your clients the absolute best price (and commission!) You'll have full access to all of these platforms and go through training on each. You'll also be granted access to our marketing database, booking engine, the full suite of sales training modules, and more.

This is a contractor position, meaning you will not be given a salary, but you will earn commission every time you sell a trip! We work hard to make sure you're equipped with all of the right tools to sell travel across the world and start creating amazing memories for your clients!

Travel Advisor responsibilities include:

Be knowledgeable on all travel trends and be able to provide information on transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
Work with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destination, travel dates, and costs
Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
Be able to get creative to stay within your clients budgets while being able to communicate the value of your package
Be extremely organized with all travel documents
Work within our systems to book transportation, make hotel reservations, maintain client files and collect payment/fees
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
Meet sales targets
Research and communicate to your clients about appropriate travel documents, visas, or passport needed during their trip

Requirements:

Strong sales skills and commercial awareness with an acute knack for organization
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field recommended although not required
Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
A strong willingness to learn
Be willing to undergo a background check
